1)I would recommend ruled this year bcs of the sudden change in the answer sheet
2)10 (as per the number of sub. Our school were strict about notes.. )
3)Nope.
4)Textbook reading is a must.. Buy a guide like labour india..It helped me a lot!
Yes as there was a change in the structure of answer sheet. You can try using ruled if you'd like. But it's up to you. Plus it's better for your handwriting.

You don't need two separate note
Well you have to pay attention in class. Read the chap your own. Then refer to a guide and read the pyq ques and how to answer it. It will be really grt if you can keep the main points for each chap.you can include the imp points discussedin class, what you understood when you read the chap and also guide. Write it in your own languageas well. It should contain a intro which can be used for all ques which contains the writer, literature and all. This really helps you to save time while writing exam
You studied a lot for the public exam hats off to you. I started to studyduring the model exams and I got about 89% in model and all thee best for u.
