When she looks at Nate n threatens to bop him or whatever, she sounds so disrespectful in those moments. I know they all play n know each other's ins n outs & they're all about family but I think sometimes she takes advantage of Nate's kindness. They spoke on that many videos ago on how he "created" Ms. B. He made her this way, spoiled and with a very keen sense of entitlement. He takes full responsibility for that & she agreed that that's what happened. So basically he created a monster!
