Waise Yeh baat sach nahi hai. Rendered fat ya tallow jisse kehte hain, har synthetic oil se healthy hai. As good as olive oil but much tastier. Research karna. Mere ghar beef fat bohat collect hua tha. Maine uska tallow banaya and mein pulao aur parathon mein wahin use karti hon. Lekin usko iss tarah se rendered nahi karte. Ek pot mein paani daalein, enough to cover the fat, phir 1 tsp salt (to remove inpurities) phir let it cook for 12 hours on low. Phir muslin cloth se chaan kar side par fridge mein ralh dein. Dosre din upar solid tallow jama hoga neechain pani woh paani discard kr dein. Aur fat ke bottom par kuch impurities hongi ussay scrape kar ke phenk de. Thats ur tallow. Use karna very delicious.
