Thank you for this video. Absolutely one of the better ones when it comes to viewing the resort. There are not many of the Villa tour versions that I currently like, this one excellent and simple. As my wife and I will be getting there for our 15y Anniversary, we'll be in a Villa and I can't to surprise her with this upgrade. Thank you again for a good video. Question, on the car ride, was that the private shuttle upgrade through the resort that you booked? I did that for Excellence Cancun and it was great. Having been in the Sangster Airport I am trying to visualize where they would get us. Thank you in advance for the help.

I felt the same way which is why I made my own 😂 The private transfer to and from the resort is included with the room but you have to book separately through the service and just provide them with your resort confirmation number. Upon arrival, be sure to confirm your departure with the transfer desk. We didn’t and almost didn’t have a ride! We also utilized Club Mobay which I highly recommend because it makes getting through the airport and getting to your transfer a breeze! Happy Anniversary!! Enjoy!!

Did the resort look like it was impacted by hurricane?
Just the deck. I was there during the same period
Beach Deck was almost done being repaired
Just a few missing shingles from what we could see! They were actively replacing them and had pretty much completed that by the time we left!
