I love how the maps are EXACTLY the same. I always hated when they come out with an old map and just changed all the little spots that didn’t kill how the map was played and just in general change everything about how it looks

The argument can be made that they could've done both, but had they done that & the round base was treated how Vanguard Zombies was, people would be even more furious. Not to mention they still have their own game coming out after this as well which will also have zombies.

The problem is with these “new” COD’s I’d say is that they are obviously different and better/more refined than previous cods but still share many many similarities like the engines or graphics yet still costs $70 every single year for a game that’s basically the same with some slight improvements

The more I watch of the gameplay, the more it reminds me of Vanguard. Like the animations and the movement/speed and everything. That aspect of Vanguard was fine, but everything else was just boring. I only am saying this cause they probably just reused/revamped the Vanguard engine.
Every single game since MW2019 except for CW was created by forking the previous game. It was super-obvious in MW2, and it's super-obvious in this one. SHG just tuned it the way it was done for VG. Why do they charge people $70 for it? Well, because you can't wait to give them the $70 and then spend another few hundreds over the year for bundles. Only a small fraction of that goes to the actual development, most of it is simply the content.
Jev honestly sacrifices his own mental health for ours. Thank you for the "basically every single day" uploading.

this actually looks like MW1 but it fixed all of the problems. my biggest problem is that the ttk was so fast in MW1 that campers can get such an advantage. now it looks like you can actually be rewarded for going fast and moving because you won’t get punished for moving around

This is giving heavy Vanguard vibes, just by the way you move, how the guns look/feel, but just modernized to fit MW3’s style
They literally reused a ton of vanguard optics, all the gun sounds have been recycled. Its 100% reskinned vanguard 😂

imma be 100% honest with you here but i really believe that this is what Vanguard was supposed to be more or less, but since mw2 was coming out as this big hype as a 2.0 and seeing how mw3 is basically mw2.5 they just made vanguard the biggest scrape goat of the 3. everything people are praising 3 for is what vanguard had going on. hell even jev notices it and if that wasnt enough they even have same reflexs from vanguard in this game. I just think that they knew that mw2 was going to be mid so they made vanguard to be a "ww2" game so that people wouldnt like it or go back to it. Its absolutely funny though. the game that people call the worst cod ever is the same game that the devs actually listen to their player base alot more better then the one right after it that everyone was supposed to love.

MWIII is LITERALLY MWII but without any of the stupid things they added like no minimap, no dead silence, timed perks etc. they could have done an update to MWII, but nope - they want more of your money. All of these legacy mw2 maps were already done in 2022… absolutely greedy

Can't shill the game every year at the start and be "honest". Honest cod content creators never even get invited to these events it basically a ride my meat and tell everyone it's big for the bag list of scummy shills. Get jev doesn't do the events ect but it massively benefits him do dick ride initially so he can make the maximum money possible for himself.

Ironically mw3 2011 felt like an update to mw2 2009. They are essentially the same game with different perks and guns
Gonna be real, at this point I have no interest in what they do unless it's removing SBMM or adding a no SBMM playlist. I'm not gonna start glazing when they only do half of what people are wanting, especially when they're leaving out the most important part. That said tho, the changes they've made look great. Just needs a little more.

@@itzmatt9227 It's not really a question of skill. Skilled players might be more receptive to the SBMM, but what's most evil about it is that it's designed to make the game addicting. They quickly figure out what amount of loses you can take before giving up and designate you a cannon fodder accordingly. The only way to counter it is to either be really good (not always an option) or play very little.

They did bring back staged reloads. Only for empty magazines though. So if you swap to secondary because your mid reload, when you switch back it will resume from the latest stage.

I noticed this was kind of the same situation with the original mw2 and mw3. 2011 mw3 was primarily advertised as a “tuned up” mw2 with better quality of life features, rather than trying to make it a unique title in the franchise. There’s more to be criticized about modern cod granted, but the only main difference I can think of is that this time we’re getting two modern warfare games back to back this time.

Classic maps, red dots, slide/reload cancels, 150hp, good sounding and looking weapons, wz map looks much better, dmzombies looks decent. This game is looking to be quite good. Im very excited.
