Seems... Good observation. The Essex is a higher torque build engine. They jump off the line faster. The Jeep inline 6 isn't built for launches.
My 9th gen 4.0L Mustang with the same t-5 catches 4.6 v-8's off the line all the time.

I wish build and battle was still a series. It got me hooked on your channel and when it stopped I kinda lost you guys as a whole in my UA-cam algorithm. It was so fun and I tuned in when a new video was supposed to drop! Also build the rest of the cars that we all have got our hopes up for like the DIESEL CAMARO!

The first build and battle was the reason I went out and picked up a first gen explorer! Such a great 4x4 even in stock form, and the TTB axle makes these party animals. OBS bronco prices are getting ridiculous but expo’s are still a sub-$4k truck all day long so don’t sleep!
