Ingredients Required:
Brinjal/Eggplant - 250 gms
Coriander Seeds - 50 gms
Onion - 50 gms
Dry Red Chilli - 5 Nos
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Groundnut - 50 gms
White Sesame Seeds - 50 gms
Dry Coconut - 100 gms
Salt as required
Curry Leaves
Cinamon - 2 Nos
Cloves - 2 Nos
Elachi - 2 Nos
Jeera - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 tsp
