Scam, who is paying for this? Why are people that just got wiped out in North Carolina being forgotten about? Homeless people put themselves there, THAT is the difference.
The people in North Carolina are not being forgotten about. You shouldn't listen to lies. Even the governor there has said the help they are receiving is great.
