breakdown of the pokemon related bars i probably still missed some things and i also mentioned a couple things not directly pokemon game related that i just thought was great or interesting also this is actually pretty close to the yt comment character limit that i didnt know exists
cam - ash:
- master class: highest level of the online match ranking
- ghost, gengar: gengar is ghost type
- so fly so sharp like the mans sirfetchd: while sirfetchd is not a flying type the original pokemon its based on (farfetchd) is one and it is known for its shark leek lance
rustage - steven:
- mossdeep: the name of the town where his house is
- skarmory, eyes's killer: skarmory has the keen eye ability
chi-chi - diantha:
tyrantrum: tantrum you caught that
aurorus: obvious pokemon reference
xerneas: legendary pokemon of life in the generation in which diantha appeared it is a rainbow deer that has a move that gives it major stat gains

draco: lance is a dragon type trainer draco meteor is the strongest normal dragon move
beam: he is know to have hyperbeam on his several dragonites
greatest leagues, greatest elites: he was the last elite 4 member in the first game and the champ in the 2nd
gyarados intimidate: gyaradis ability is intimidate which is very good
clair: i believe shes his cousin in any case they are related also a dragon trainer
hydreigon try attacking: tri attack is a move hydreigon can learn you caught that
flashing cannons: flash cannon is a move hydreigon can learn (and is competitively viable and strong)

focus blast: a powerful move
magnet: its a held item thus might be a reach but sges referencing a lot of items moves and pokemon
rest assured: assurance is a move of haxorus (her signiture pokemon)

draco meteor: was referenced a couple times already
automize: steel type speed boosting move
bone marrow: marrowak is a pokemon that wears bones and fights with them
mat - alain (mat always goes crazy, also note alain is anime original):
i b sharp ... key stone: crazy word play first off b sharp is a note with a key on a piano but bisharp is one of his pokemon and a key stone is a trainer item needed to perform a mega evolution
tyrant tarnish: tyranitar but also a reference to the boss of the evil team flare he was part of (but left) and their leader lysander

max g: reference to gigantimax a special form of dynamax that his charizard can do
chansey: obvious chansey reference you caught that
aegislash: a pokemon he uses that is literally a sword and shield that swings at opponents
drag-ur-pult: nobody got any clze what a "pult" is but dragapult is one of his pokemon
any time i lost when i leave my yard: leon literally only ever lost because his sense of direction was so bad he couldnt find the stadium resulting in his opponent winning by default other than that he always won
we go big: dynamax reference
charizard go dig: dig is a move charizard can learn which technically gives grwat type coverage but the turn setup makes it not viable for competitive but its useful with dynamax which leon uses
dont ignore my heat: maybe a reference to the special move of gigantimax charizard which puts flames on the field that damage the opponent every turn
know of ember four times weak: november has 4 weeks buts ember (a fire type move) can hit several pokemon 4 times effective
defeat streak and beat: again hes flawless on the matches he was actually present
elite: elite 4 reference although theres no elite 4 in his region
