To be fair the UK drink sizes are smaller because the EU banned super sized drinks. The reason was to tackle obesity. I think it's a sensible idea - those American drinks are totally unnecessary
And I'm sure you love the all you can eat buffets. Why haven't they been banned? What a silly law.
There are some yes but they are actually very uncommon in the U.K. and Europe. In the town I live In there isn't one, and there are only 2 I know of in the nearest city's Most food places are priced per meal and you can't keep going up for more. We just have a totally different attitude to food in Europe and eat way smaller portions than the US. . It's not a silly law on the drinks, it had large public support. The EU has imposed many silly laws on us but this isn't one of them.
nodens30 they still sell supersized drinks in Burger King. Also there are things called Catherine's where you can go back for more.
AutisticRaider I said all you can eat is rare - not that they don't exist. Please read what I actually wrote. As for supersize, they are still limited in the amount they can serve and are nothing like the drink size in the US. Sigh. People just love to cause arguments on social media.
nodens30 nobody makes one take the biggest size. You can just as easily buy two orders in Europe.

We used to have the Mcrib back in the late 90s/early 00s here in the UK. I sometimes see it advertised every few years.

To be fair the UK use to offer super size portions and the menu had more options in the 90's but the EU PC brigade banned them.
you can buy multiple boxes of 20 nuggets in the uk, you just asked for the largest amount you can buy - so you were given the biggest box! I was worried that you could actually buy a box of 50 in the us, but was glad to see it was boxes of 10!
Jacquie Watts at one point they did have a jumbo box for 50...like all in one box... but it was taken off a lot of menus. And the most I've seen is 20 on the menu where I live.

Even in the US, different areas have different menu items at different times a year. Up in the NE, you can get lobster rolls, and in the SW, you can get Mexican inspired foods.
I love the honest and fair way you do these. You throw away any pre-judgements and just try things.

The barbecue rib in the Uk is licensed to Burger King as Marcy' D in the UK seem to have an agreement of things and promotions. The biscuit just looks like a weird Egg mcmuffin 🤣

in Mcdonalds Indonesia we have fried chicken + rice , cheeseburger with egg , and now we have prosperity burger (blackpepper mayo beef burger)

I prefer having smaller meal options, I'm not trying to be rude but that's also a way of us preventing obesity. Unless you have loads at once, you're fine

Just so you know, Buttermilk is basically the watery leftover that remains when butter is made out of the milk. They use it a lot for breading batter and pancakes. And an American biscuit is a type of cutout roll, not a dry, snappy cookie like in the UK.
I love this video. I am also from Europe so it was very interesting to watch. I usually watch US mukbangs and I have never thought about the size difference.

I am Mexican, and the Mcdonald here is somewhat similar to the US, but in my opinion, their portions are very big and I find it better in the UK

Try McDonald's in various places in Asia, you'll enjoy the variety. Rice instead of fries in Phils, Chocolate sauce fries in Japan, macaroni noodle bowl in HK and China, plus fun deserts like ube or red bean pie. In some HK outlets, you can build your own burger and price of Big Mac meal is only ~£2. There are often limited edition things too... like the black burger bun and tapioca pearl ice cream sunday.

I'm intrigued that someone covering fastfood is obviously slim and healthy-looking, whereas most of the people I have ever seen in McDonalds (or Burger King and various other similar places) are not. I'm interested in your 'secret', or do you only eat in such places once every six months or so? Your videos are lively though and obviously very professionally put together and enjoyable to watch.
Thanks for your comment Bill! I love all sorts of food and I love filming fast food videos but I don't eat it every day. I would say maybe once a week, max. Most days I try to eat mostly vegetables, lean protein and a lot of fibre. I also work out every other day and go running about twice a week. Obviously some days this doesn't happen but I try to stay active. It's a bit of a misconception that if you eat fast food you will get big - it's all about balance!
