Thanks! A trick I like to use is rendering all of the individual tracks out and having those actually playing while the midi is set to some dummy instrument that doesn't actually play anything. That way you're not using much CPU to play through the project. OBS combined with heavy projects (especially if your device isn't too strong) can chug a bit, so this may be able to help. Additionally, I always render out my track and place it over the video instead of using the recording directly. I only use the audio from the video to sync them together.
