CV or resume is a living document. It must be updated always.
Also it is critical to have more than one résumé targeting the job one applying. For example, if one is computer science graduate, applying for developer is different than applying for database development or system engineering. Each position will require high-lighting the skills.

It was a very good informative session. Primarily it is important to do internships. Networking is also very critical. Professional classes helps a lot. Just based on academic education does not help too much. Headhunters is a good channel. But attending career fairs during the school years helps one to get internships.
