Crazy. R.i.p. BENDER. I remember him taking the chain from arcain was such a big deal. Not that arcain didn’t deserve the chain but at that time period it seemed like outsiders from Kotds rising established scene held the tittle. Thesaurus won the chain on his debut match on an unplanned wager made by holohan, Cain made his battling career relevant with the Grand Prix which made him feel like an outsider/rookie to already established talent such as bender. His cadence felt so raw and his multis were so different from anyone’s else’s. Condolences to his family, friends, and to the staff at kotd who he knew.

This is a tragedy tbh. Bender was one of the most talented writers to ever battle. One of my all time favorites. This is genuinely a huge loss for the scene. He's a legend and he seemed like an all around great person, from how he conducted himself, to how he interacted with people and performed. he was never unlikable or or ungrateful. spent his life creating art (in many forms) and actually giving to the world through his passions, hard work, and commitment. he brought entertainment to all of us for years and asked for nothing in return. A Multi-talented, respected and inspirational artist. I'm devastated by this... RIP.

Damn! One of the greatest! I knew every battle in this video. One of my favorites for sure and every time you saw him you knew it was going to be a great battle no matter the opponent. Truly talented! Rest In Peace Bender! Underrated by far! God bless his family and friends!
