Thank you very much, Stephan! I'm happy that you like it. Of course, there's still headroom to get better - but it would be boring otherwise, wouldn't it?
@@stefan.rieger I saw a pucture with some uranium mine deposits and i seem to me that the rocks around landscape looked like that to me. I might be wrong, sorry for the comment. My very best regards.
Hi Stefan. beautifull video (a lot of work), you have named the different places you have crossed, very useful for me, I have the projet next September to hike the region of Vaimok, Pieske, Stadda. I have a question : how is the trail between Pieske and Stadda, not too much water ?
Hi Gilbert, thanks a lot 🙂! The section you mentioned should not pose any problems. It is marked and if I remember correctly there were two bridges across the larger streams. September really is a good time to hike there. Enjoy!
@@martindohnal55My main camera was a Sony A7RIII (with lenses 21mm, 50mm and 135mm). I also brought a small 360° camera and an action cam for the boat sequences. The packraft is from Anfibio. It is sold by a German store (packrafting-store.de, they claim worldwide shipping) but "Made in China". The particular model "Anfibio Delta XC" in my opinion is suitable for short water sections on calm water but is lightweight ~1.5 kg). For that purpose it is great. If you cover more distance on the water or do white water you should choose something else and larger.
Hi there, fantastic videos, would really love to travel through the area when the leaves start shifting colors. At what time of year where you there? And how much of the stretch in Tarradalen could you do in the packraft, I know certain parts are portages even for those more experienced?
I was there the last week of August and the first two weeks of September. (Beginning of) September is a good time for the autumn colors. Sometimes it already starts in the end of August. Regarding the packraft: I am not experienced at all ;-). Thus, I only use it on calm water. I did the very last section of the river before Kvikkjokk where there's also boat service available. Before there are stretches with wild water and even waterfalls. You need to know the river well if you want to try. The packraft was only really necessary at Mavasjaure. The rest was for fun :-).
Yes, you are right and I'm aware that me posting the video may result in more people going there. My only excuse is: This channel has little reach, not many followers and thus the impact should hopefully be negligible. And: You need to do your own research for the details, and I don't publish GPS data.
Thank you. Short question, long answer: In my opinion, the video could work totally without music, if I'd have good quality ambient audio for all/most scenes. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Oftentimes wind noise makes the original audio recording unusable. This could be addressed in some cases with more (fancy) audio gear. However, I carry already much camera equipment and somewhere compromises are necessary on a long self-sustained wilderness hike. I still use the original audio where it is available. Moreover, I believe that the music supports the mood. Of course, the particular choice of music is a matter of personal preference. Some like it, some don't.

Vielen lieben Dank, Udo!
Habe oft tagelang niemanden getroffen.

I thought Part 1 was fantastic, and this was, if possible, even more fantastic. Great videos, both parts. Makes me long for the summer! 👏👏🙂
I'm really happy, that you enjoyed both parts! Many thanks for your comment 😀!
Einfach nur schön 👌 Danke Stefan. ✌️ atemberaubende Bilder und Zeitraffer. Klasse 👍

Wow, spectacular scenery my friend. This looks and feels absolutely spectacular!
Thanks a lot for your kind words 🙂! I'm happy like it.

@@poppetrurazvan3900 I'm not aware of any uranium mining/deposits in the area. If you have more information I'd be interested.
Did some research: There's uranium mining going on or planned in Finland (Sotkamo). Probably that's what you found.
