- AD - What’s up guys!? In today’s vlog we went for a weekend away to stay at a St. Modwen Homes development and got to stay at a carbon-negative home! This is the FIRST carbon-negative home to be developed and completed by a major UK house builder, and we had such a good time
on this little staycation whilst shooting some fun content! I hope you guys enjoy today’s vlog!

The house is so beautiful ♥️🔥 It blows my mind how smart it is. I cannot even fathom how much work and effort was put into building this house. People who did it deserve recognition.

I feel like the concept of this house is so cool. Also that it must cost quite a bit to invest in, but when you think about it you're going to get a lot of that back from it being able to store all that excess. Wow. Just wow!
Yeah true, the longer you live there the more the investment would pay off! Especially with the current energy prices

I've always never considered any interior design colors that aren't white, grey and dark grey, but with this home, I'm really loving the brownish integrations.

I did have a look to go for one of those houses.. even though they look good I am actually disapointed by the bedroom spaces.. 1 is tiny, the second one barely fits a bed and the master is the only with a decent space.. no storage space (wardrobes/chest drawer) just bed space.. not great.. the dining area is very small and crowded near the living area. for a 3 bed house, and the price the space is just not good enough.
