This drama is the best that I have watched this year 2021, till now, although I was watching many ongoing dramas. "Live up to your name, hit in acting, all actor were excellent and the main couple brilliant, chemistry is progressive and deep that go out from the screen, they had the sparks that makes you heart fluttering. Hit in ost amazing sounds effects and music. The writer and the director excellent, I can describe how I really enjoyed and enjoy watching this drama. I think if this drama were in this time will hit but I don't know. Well I'm really glad that I had found this gem on Netflix 💎🤩🤩👏👏. I have become a fan of Kim Nam Gil and Kim Ah Jung 👏👏😁
I love how at 2:38 He's telling them to call her mum and she just says "No... Not yet" And he's all like "Not yet???" 😂😂😂 Also when KNG is flipping the kid, the director joking says "Do it to Yeon Kyung as well" And she looks so confused "I can't do it!" And KNG getting her to stand to try 😂
These two should be the next real life couple they both are way too cute and sweet their chemistry is impeccable..i love these bts so much they look like a real happy family
I was able to watch this in netflix with spanish subs and what a beautiful story, this song will always have a place in my mind where I will remember two doctors fighting against time to be together ... And they made it happen. I cannot tell how thankful am to stumble across this 💎 .... thanks Kim Nan Gil and Kim Ha Joong.

I discovered this on Netflix this week after crawling out from under my rock. It was enjoyable watching the "family" scene. They seemed to foreshadow the future. Either they all die at the hands of the Japanese and live together in Seoul. Or, Heo Im and Choy Yeon-Kyeong may have had children of their own. Neither guess came true. In a way, the series reminded me a little of Mr. Queen, and I found it enjoyable as well.
I amways thoight kim nam gil exactly looks like Lee joon gi and both are really great and incerdible actors in the industry.. and now i look at this their personalities are also so same
