I really wouldn't care if you had to change voice clips either, but I would be amazed if someone made a full, complete version of Sonic like adding a true spin animation (like his drift in Sonic Generations) and a special startup animation, plus a idle stand and a walk to run animation, a boost animation for speed boosts and mushrooms or bullet bill, not sure what the wheelie would be, win animations could be something similar to Sonic Advance 3's boss clear animation (he is running while doing so), and yeah, just a complete Sonic.
There's actually a Sonic voice clips available,but there over Bowser Jr. ,and you have to add them in the revo_kart file manually, as for a different texture you could find one over Bowser Jr. also (for all karts and bikes). I found the voice clips when I googled Sonic Kart Wii.
