Hey Ladies ... so happy I found you. Love your channel. I'm within weeks of demoing and renovating my kitchen. My hubs is going to build me the hood in this video. I fell in love. Any chance the plans are almost ready? If not, any tips ... he's pretty handy but would love for you to share your recommendations and wisdom. I found an XO hood insert with bottom controls and want to make sure I can do this and get it installed. -- Thank you!

Have you ladies seen the encaustic tile twin at Lowe’s that’s in the peel and stick version. I was looking to email you so I could send it to you. But Lowe’s has it and it’s called Staci master charlottes and it’s only 98 cents! I haven’t seen it in person yet but going as soon as I can to see it! Txfamily5 thank you!! I actually hired this one out because I wanted them done in oil base paint, and my hands were full with so many kids! Because we did oil base paint it didn't need any top coat. He brushed it all on!
Hey guys, 1st off, LOVE the kitchen, great job on it. But, I have a question...I noticed that when you started talking about the quartz counter tops that you put in, that not only was it easy for clean up if something messy was spilled on it, like spaghetti sauce or wine (which I have since found out how to clean off of quartz) but, the thing that caught my attention was when you said you could take pans right out of the oven & put them on it. I have heard so many comments to the contrary, how, if something is very hot, like a pan out of the oven or a pot on a stove, it'll burn your quartz counter tops, so, this scares me ugg. We're redoing our kitchen, I want it white white white lol, but granite does not come that way, so we were considering quartz until we heard so much about the burning factor on it. Especially with white, I don't want to pay such a high price, just to have my kids "forget" and put a super hot pot or pan on my new counter tops & have it be ruined :( Any thoughts?

I like your videos, you guys are really reaching for that HGTV feel. However, your color on the camera is very dull and too warm. Maybe have a goal to upgrade the camera set up for the camera man to have a gimbal to avoid "shakyness", and use video software to adjust the color temp. Your videos would have much more impact with proper video capture and editing. Keep up the enthusiasm!

His comment is spot on. Easy fix and would make the videos pop. Could he have made the point a little more sensitively, sure, sure... but it’s true... These girls deserve a tv show and only the video quality is holding them back .

iVision I used the studs in the wall to anchor and I used large heavy duty anchors in the ceiling 👍🏻

Jay Burris The space was never plumbed for a hood, and the expense to add one was too great. Hope that helps!

You guys are super talented and I really enjoy your videos, BUT the background music is too loud and distracting! The volume often rises and falls unevenly and drowns you out. Also, the video quality appears to be from a cell phone it is so poor and whoever is holding it is often cutting your heads off and putting the view in weird places so it is frustrating to follow...
