During a sunny day in a dense forest from 10am to 11am, the trees and the sun will created these beam of light. try to find one that lands on a small growing tree, a rock or you can stage it and place something. This beam of light will isolated that subject from the back ground the higher the sun is. Also, you want to remove any branches, tall grass or whatever look out of place. With this, you can create this really cool dark moody picture.
The pictures are stunning! I rarely go to the forest but seeing your pictures make me want to take my bike and have a ride with the nature. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Arty! It's always fun to bring the dog but it definitely slows things down a lot (which may not be a bad thing) since she is also a flight risk and needs to be on a leash most of the time 😂
