    I saw a video of it's use at a convention. It showed them scanning like you are painting the ground from bottom before the detector sound then through the object ending above object when the detector sound ends. This gives the maximum info for when you analyze the image.

    I could have really used that machine today!!! Hunting an open field and even my pin pointer went nuts! Everywhere I touched the soil is was beeping like it was on a metal object. An area of 10 ft, by 10 ft. was just crazy. I could have found the treasure in amongst the trash with that machine. Even the detector representative had a hard time, so wow, we could have used that baby here! But all kidding aside, I am happy for you! Decent test. However, was waiting for a test on the larger coil. Larger Coil equals larger coverage but less sensitivity and less depth. Would be interesting to compare the coils on this 10K machine.

    • @-meganeura
      @-meganeura 5 років тому

      Wrong, larger coils give more depth and coverage but less Target separation ability/pinpoint and sensibility to smaller targets.

    • @ChillBill1
      @ChillBill1 5 років тому +2

      Will be running the big coil to compare depths. I think I need 2-3ft for hoards. 1-2ft is about plough depth range. Any hoard between 1-2ft might already have been dispersed.

    That is an amazing machine Chill Bill I would love to be able to afford one. I live in the desert of Arizona and most of the dirt is highly militarized so it is hard to hunt on. Why don’t you bring it over here and try it out here. Great hope on finding items in the fields of grass if what it shows on sand you will be able to hunt every inch of the ground. I really dont see the point in this detector. Yes so you see a blob on the screen, looks like the blobs are the size of coil when in fact there are dimes. At this time better off with a normal detector. However in few years time when the detector shows the actual real shape/size and composition then I would open my wallet.

    • @pastmasters9591
      @pastmasters9591 5 років тому

  • @patdenney7046
    @patdenney7046 5 років тому +1

    All it takes is one target to pay for it!
    Knowing where to hunt how and why comes from experience not from blind luck.
    This machine will not find gold in your closet hanging on your wall and probably not in your backyard and the three times you go out to see if you can get it going.
    If you're in a very experienced detectorists it's going to take you for your 50 hours before you even start to smooth out and begin to understand the machine and then it will grow from there.
    And we'll be able to share and understand the other shared ones tips and tricks.
    Well the only thing I know how to hunt is gold
    And I haven't seen a 3D detector work in Gold
    Country it will not work!
    For you with Gold Fever!

    I recon your going to have a lot more new Subscribers, just because you might be the only one to have one, and film using! it may pay for itself that way, even before you find a stash of gold coins lol Speaking of gold coins , their not in the ground! they are in the tree tops, according to the detectorists hahaha.
