BOLT UP GUYS, GOD BLESS, thank you both Dan and Jake for a great great show....DEAR LORD bring us CHARGER BALL QUICKLY....My favorite take as you noted, the "ATTENTION TO DETAIL " philosophy has had a total locker room buy in....I am convinced that since MARTY-BALL, most games lost were a result of the lack of hammering a HARDCORE DETAIL ORIENTED DOCTRINE...THANK YOU GUYS..!

Re: Greg Roman play-calling statement regarding run/pass:
The play action pass is only effective if the “play action” (fake run) is a legitimate fear/threat to the defense.
And the success of those pass plays is many times more productive the greater the fear of the run.
    This requires:
An ace pitcher who monopolizes every opportunity the defense provides.
    Elite offensive line play.
    Corp of sure handed receivers.
Also Jim Harbos media persona :
He is cool hand Luke disguised as Forrest Gump played by will Ferrell.
When he was told one of his players compared him to will Ferrell, harbo responded, what a compliment, finally somebody gets it. Lol

I used to believe that it didn’t really matter if a head coach had experience and proven success at a high level or not.
The last 3 head coaches had never been a head coach at any level, and having success being a position coach or a coordinator is not enough- for the most part- to be a successful head coach for a NFL team.
The way I found out why it’s so hard, is because now that the Chargers have hired Harbaugh, the players have responded in a way that is much different than they did for the previous coaches.
Harbaugh has had tremendous success at every level while he was the head coach, and the players are aware of that fact.
With Staley and the other head coaches before him, there was no prior success or perceived mystique they brought with them to the organization. The players hoped the new head coach would be able to lead them toward success, a winning record, the playoffs, and ultimately a championship.
With Harbaugh, there is none of that going on here.. he already has had a lot of success at any level, so the way the players see him is completely different than they saw Staley or any of the previous head coaches.
It’s an unspoken belief, attitude, aura, and culture of a winner, so instead of hoping for success, they know success will come since Harbaugh has a long winning track record, and everywhere he has gone he has transformed the team into a perennial contender, capable of competing for a championship every year.
The players know all about this, and they all believe that he will be able to transform the Chargers into contenders the same way he has before with other teams, and that creates confidence that was just not there with the previous head coaches.
There are other current head coaches that bring that attitude and confidence to their teams, that makes the players believe they are destined for greatness, no matter who is on the team. Andy Reed is one of those head Coaches, but there are others as well, and I truly believe Harbaugh will be one of the best head coaches the Chargers will ever have!
    I can’t wait
