Some great vistas on this, Stu. You and Scott proved your mettle in your ascents here. Your commentary always provides a smile. Particularly enjoyed Scott's exchange with the horseback riders at the end. Thanks for sharing,

It really is! I have another video to post and we are planning to head back in September to do the Thorofare and South Boundary hopefully. I just love the place and can't wait to explore more of it.

Enjoyed as usual. Don't be to hard on yourself at least the hat protects you. Important when we hike a lot. I will be doing my 3rd trip this week. I'm warming up to the backcountry. Actually love it already. I'm in Kananaskis country. Looking forward to the rest of your adventures.

Well I was just a bit of self deprecating humor! Although it is quite a funny look :-) that said, super functional and keeps the sun off my head.
I'm so excited for you! The backcountry is an amazing place with so many places to explore and so much peace to be found. Hope to run into you out there soon!

You should check out the heather trail in manning park (with the brothers peak) and the cape scott trail up van island.

So you dumped the Go Pro? great picture quality on the I-phone. Wonderful hike...Good thing the Bison eats grass!

Yep. WAY too many GoPro issues over the years. And it fails in the cold? So much for all those skiing videos they use to promote the thing....
And thanks! Yeah, Bison, Moose, Elk during rut all concern me more than bears. This bull was not interested in us at all but SUCH an impressive animal! I sure need more Yellowstone!!

Thanks, Stuart! It’s been awhile since I’ve watched a good Yellowstone trip video. Probably one of Joey’s.
