- Sea Of Thieves Season 11 launched today with some fundamental changes to the game and an overhaul to progression. With such an update we got a brand new main theme representing the epitemy of Sea Of Thieves. This is: "Becalmed - The Horizons Call". Sea Of Thieves Season 11 launched today with some fundamental changes to the game and an overhaul to progression. With it, we got a brand new main theme that represents the epitemy of Sea Of Thieves. Folks, I will be fully returning back to UA-cam soon. I'll be back with my regularly scheduled Sea Of Thieves content covering all the latest news and sharing my thoughts and opinions alongside updates on where I've been. I've been sitting in the menu waiting for friends to finish up so that I can join, and all I can hear is Loch Lomond! Came here to see if anybody else heard it haha

This sounds like if a sailor just grabbed the best crew on the sea of thieves, lowered the sails at port, aligned them all to the wind fair and true, and then told them to raise that anchor, shooting them off into the horizon with a gale so strong you’d think you could beat a cannonball in a race.

This might be my new favourite version of Becalmed, which is saying a lot if it can trump the Shores of Gold version
This menu and theme give me such hopeful vibes, after the god awful year that was Sea of Thieves 2023...a new start awaits
before they add new content they need to fix the stability and a lot of their bugs. any content they add would be nigh unusable without a proper maintenance overhaul LOL i hope they got this

I posted on Reddit raving about the SoT music team immediately while listening to this on my first boot up of season 11. It’s so good!
I like how they included parts of season 5’s menu theme “A star to sail by”.
That theme was my favorite and used to listen to it on hours on end.
Now being remixed with an upbeat “becalmed” sets the tone for adventure. In short it’s awesome.

I hate it when main menu's of games hold me hostage with good music. Literally unplayable if the music is too good.

What a season to come back to as well! All the core mechanics and features of the game have been updated and new life breathed into them! The feeling of everything being new and unknown again is something to behold. The joy of finding new loot and seeing other emissaries on the horizon.
We have a lot to look forward to this year! And this music signifies new adventures and fresh hope on the waves.

Season 11 is like Sea of Thieves 2.0, nothing really has changed as we sail ships, read maps, dig up treasure and sell it for gold …… but everything has changed.
The game has dramatically improved for the better.
I’ve not done any insider testing for a few months so for me this update was a HUGE surprise!!
Now……. Bring Me That Horizon has never felt more apt

Will be back with a big update when I fully return. Today's music was because I noticed no one posted Season 11s main theme and it's so incredible I just had to make it available. I want to save a big "We're back!" for when I properly come back which will be soon. Gave a small update in the pinned comment, Twitter, and community post.
