- Rider and I did the Elsa & Mirabel Character Experience on Sunday, September 17, 2023 before the "Magic in the Stars" @Disneyonice show. This is a separated ticketed experience and it a lot of fun.
Rider was by FAR, the oldest who attended and the only boy, but he still had a lot of fun. The character interactions were fantastic and the staff that led the experience were great as well. I highly recommend this experience if you can afford it.
Important to note that EVERYONE who is over 2 and attends must purchase a ticket. We saw two families being turned away because they had only purchased a ticket for their child. They were able to purchase tickets for the adults at the box office, but they each lost about 20 minutes of the experience. We also saw one family turned away at security because they had purchased tickets for the experience and not the show. You cannot enter the venue without tickets to the show. Again, they were able to go to the box office and purchase show tickets, but lost valuable time at the event.

We just bought our meet and greet tickets! $60 a piece was going to be worth it….Your video helped me decide. We’ve never met Mirabel. We met Elsa on The Wish (Olaf’s Royal Picnic), but on this video, Elsa had a different outfit.
Childhood is short…it’s important to give our children beautiful life experiences and memories. My grandma took me to Disney on Ice in the Philippines, when I was a child. I’m keeping on the tradition with my daughter.
Yes! I bought tickets again for September. My son will be 9 in December but he still enjoys it and I know this may be the last time.

Just remember that if you have at least 1 little Girl when going to this, be sure that the Girl wears a Mirabel Dress or an Elsa Dress.
Where did you buy the ticket for the Disney experience? Here in Montreal they say that we can have that experience but I only see the option for but regular ticket.
It was through Ticketmaster, so the same place I bought the tickets for the show
Is it over 2 or 2 and up? My daughter is 2 and not sure if I will have to buy her a character experience ticket or not

Was it expensive?
I skipped last year’s Disney on Ice, because my child was afraid of Mickey and Minnie, but she loved the Princesses on our cruise last Feb.
This is $70/pp in addition to the ticket to Disney on Ice.
