ADL made pretty good last year to replace Kim, add some high quality players at other fields, keep Spalleti and Giuntolli, but him catching that huge ego of “ i did it” causing the team this season big time.

I believe that winning Europa League along with being in the top four and fingers crossed on winning coppa Italia. That will keep him in his roal. I know this team needed a top striker and the new players needed to perform. I think almost all the new players are performing except for Chuck. He still has another half of the season to find his rhythm, but winning Europa league and being 5-6 points off of 1st place in Serie A is a good season given what the team is still lacking. A new striker who is young and is more likely to perform and a defensive midfielder along with a new CB to replace Kjer. These positions are critical and they can be addressed in the January window or most likely in the upcoming summer.
