Our manual filling machine is an affordable and simple way to fill small to medium runs of creams, lotions gels and liquid soaps to a professional standard. It’s durable stainless steel hopper easily accommodates around ten litres of product and the machine comes with two different diameter nozzles to cater for both high and low viscosity filling.
The machine can be calibrated to deliver as little as 5g or as much as 70g of product with each full movement of the handle to make dispensing faster and more accurate.
Once your job is completed the filling machine comes apart easily for cleaning down with your usual soap and water mix before sanitising and leaving to air dry.
The filling machine accommodates both hot or cold products and can handle products containing exfoliants, essential oils and acids without damaging the machine.
