    What in case of. Hypoglacemiya in Non diabetic patients, lowering of sugar in morning and then every 4 hrs, and to eat becomes urgent.What to do for this?

      Insulin resistance causes these cravings- check your blood sugar every 4 hours to see if there is actual hypoglycaemia or craving. Also if Leptin resistance is there then also satiety issue is there. What one eats also determines the satiety levels eg processed carbs and sugar leads to more hunger. Stress also plays a role.

      Brown bread - No as it’s processed food
      Peanut butter should be homemade ( without additives )

    Is stivia sugar?

      Stevia is about 200 to 400 times sweeter than table sugar and has zero calories. But I won’t recommend it if there is high insulin resistance.

      Strength training kariye aur jo diet shuru hai use continue kariye. Ye mat sochiye ki fat aur kam nahi karna hai - HbA1C 5.7 hi rahe vaisi diet follow kariye.

    mam how does inositol help in insulin resistance ?

      Myo-inositol act as a direct messenger of the insulin signaling and improves glucose tissue uptake. Myo-inositol is produced by body and is available through food also. Though in insulin resistance the need is increased, hence the supplementation need arises.

      @@drminalondhiya6782 thanks got it . I have PCOD and started 2000 mg inositol three days ago. I have some questions, would be grateful if you can answer them mam.
      First is for how long a person should take inositol to improve insulin sensitivity ? Also when we stop taking it, the condition goes back ?
      And does our body get used to inositol after a certain time period and stop responding?
      I am trying dietary changes and exercise in my lifestyle but along with it i have started inositol also. I was confused on how long should I take it. A year or more, or I choose to take it forever will my body shop responding to it ?

    Dr good presentation.
    Am from Kerala. I observed that My blood glucose never elevates after eating banana or any fruit without medicine.
    But if i eat wheat roti it spikes.
    When i eat brown rice doesnot.
    So now i donot eat chappatis.
    Am a diabetic on glycomet gp1 one time morning.
    Fasting bg comes to 100 or sometimes 90.
    My A1C 6.5
    I eat less carb.
    My sugar doesnt spike during day time.
    But after dinner it spikes to 170.
    Dr am i still insulin resistant?
    Coz during 2021 everything was normal.
    But test results in 2022 shows my tryglicerdes elevated from 90 to 200
    TCholestrol 130 to 250
    Hdl from 55 to 35
    Am upset by the result.
    No test done in 2023.
    Doctor any other problem with me?

      Checking blood sugar after a particular food will not give you accurate blood glucose spike due to that particular food - you could use CGM to know how food spikes the blood glucose levels.
      Blood sugar is not affected by eating fruits as fruits has fructose- which doesn’t mean they are good for diabetics - as it leads to high triglycerides.
      The blood results are typical for most diabetic patients - high triglycerides and low HDL.
      Do fasting insulin test to know if you are insulin resistant or not.

    मेम मे इंटर्मिटिंग फास्टिंग करती हु तो मेरा वजन तेजी से कम होता है पर मुझे चककर आने लगते है मे क्या करू मे मने सब डाइट कर ली पर मुझे कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ बस इंटर्मिटिंग फास्टिंग से हुआ है मैरी बॉडी इंशुलिन्स बोहोत बनाता है मेम मे क्या करू plz हेल्प

      Focus on quantified nutrition... Complete ur TDEE ie total daily energy expenditure. Along with resistance training.

      Fasting serum insulin test - should be 1-4 µU/mL
      Serum insulin level after taking 75 grams glucose - after 90 minutes - less than 30 µU/mL
      Also HOMA - IR test which is calculated by putting values of serum insulin and blood glucose.

    Mam mujhe bahut bhuk lagta hai har 2-3 ghante mai to insulin resistance ko thik karne ke liye mai Field ke charo taraf 20 chakkar lagata hun. phir 1-2 hr baad itna khatarnak bhuk lagta hai ki field se ghar ko daud ke bhagta hun balance bhi ni banta turant nahi khaya to chakkar ghabrahat hojata hai jese ki jaan nikal jayega type ka 😭😭😭

      Cardio exercise has little effect on insulin resistance. Consult a doctor for your symptoms.

      Beach main kabhi bhi bhook lage murmra chiwada khaya karo... Kam oil main bana hua... Din main do bar black coffee se bhook control main aa jayegi... Aur khane main salad, vegetables, soup liya karo...
