    6:44 ( As a cash, 6-max player in 5 NL, occasionally playing $1-$10 KO tournaments ) calling with 9 6 suited seems really weird to me?
    53:27 Why is it "unnatural" for the button to bluff out the big blind? The Ace on the river might mean that he doesn't have an Ace and he doesn't know what your kicker is either?
    57:41 The first thing that I saw was Ace Jack as a possible hand?

    • @darinbeljan1236
      @darinbeljan1236 Рік тому

      In the first hand you mentioned it was because of the bounty. The player had a 50$ which is almost half the buy in to the tournament, and you are only risking 10bb to get it. Of course you expect to be the underdog in the spot but the bounty makes the play profitable.

      check call flop, then that wtf bet he made on the 4th that made no sense at all, his bet made it impossible to represent diamonds, and his betting on the river,,, he could not even prettend to have QJ, - it would been an insane play if he had any suitted diamonds or QJ even.
      if he checked back on the 4th, his bet on the river might have the opponent throw his hand even with pocket aces. he should of surrendered the hand with the king / or any diamond on the river.
      It would be nice to hear what the man himself had to say about the hand. - bet you I have a clue and that Lex kinda would agree.

    • @derek4177
      @derek4177 Рік тому

      @@iterfiluk5810 sry, but what a bad take. The leadout bet on turn makes total sense. First of all its a blocking bet with just 33% of the pot and he takes back the aggression. It is almost impossible for the Villain to raise the bet...............and if he wouldn't have done this leadout bet in the spot, the Villain most likely continues to CB for 50% or more of the potsize.
      So actually he saved chips and at the same time he took aggression and has fold equity.
      Now with that rivercard so many draws which he represents with his leadout bet completed and he also respresents the nuts on turn with 78. Of course he can pretend to have QJ lol.........thats 1 of the hands which are totally in the range of this line, because as I explained already, this leadout turn bet makes it almost impossible to raise.
      Again it was a great attempt to take down the pot and he makes by far the most hands fold either on turn or on river with this line.
      At the same time it is also not much possible to bluff raise his river bet, as he represents to many strong hands in that spot which completed.
      He ran into AA, which is just one of the few hands he gets called with in that spot...........so many hands would have to fold like J8 or any 10 pair hand except KT.

    I wonder why you thinking about raising at 42:03, you hold the absolute nuts. Your question should be, how to get the max. Playing too long or to many tables creates mistakes. Not seeing holding the nuts is surely a big one. Concentration please ;-)

  • @johnphillips669
    @johnphillips669 Рік тому

    I could be wrong but on some of these low SPR turn spots with flush and straight draws out there shouldn't we be shoving instead of flatting because they just check back river and we lose value. If we shouldn't be because they always fold then shouldn't we jam every draw instead then?
