The Eagles fan saying, "we're not the Cowboys" is the most accurate comparison to what happened last year... The Packers entered Dallas last year with a good running game, a decent defense, and a confident QB with all his weapons. Against him, while Dallas had a lot of statistical numbers that would look comparable to the Eagles, they also had an abundance of major holes. Their defense could not stop the run when teams decided to try and run on Dallas. Their QB has had a lengthy history of inconsistent play and more often having his bad days against good teams... and that the average winning percentage of teams Dallas beat last season was under .400. Against teams that went .500 last season, Dallas finished 4-4. When amended for removing bad ref calls that record falls to 3-4. When amended to include only the teams that made the playoffs last year it was 1-4. Green Bay last year had a winning record against teams above .500 and won more games against teams that made the playoffs last year than Dallas did. And had the Eagles not collapsed as they did in the second half of last season... Dallas wouldn't have been the 5 seed and 4 games behind the Eagles, even with a 12-5 record. The Eagles of this year... are not the team they had last year, or the team Dallas had last year. Their defensive front is competent, their QB is consistent, their coaching is better, and unlike last year, the Eagles entered the playoffs confidently this year.
I really really hate how the eagles offense looked today. Team still has alot of promise moving forward. We are young and improved from last year they will find thier stride. Yes we played like booty in this game. Same can be said for out other losses. Never got blown out, most the losses were close games. The biggest thing we need is to clean up our act. We beat ourselves in basicly all but 1 of the losses. Can't have stupid formation penalties, questionable play calls and poor clock management in critical moments. A couple offensive additions sure won't hurt but most of all we need to cut the BS. "Did you say doink?" - Wildflowers (high)
oops wrong video XD
That first pick, what was jordan love looking at? Slay had him covered like a blanket.
Sorry, Tom.
Now everyone within the NFC North fanbases waits for tomorrow to see if they can make fun of the Vikings too! Hopefully they can’t, SKOL
This is one of the few games as a packers fan that have actually made me sick to my stomach
Thank you Tom for all your amazing content this season and now the playoffs. I know it's a generic message but you're hard work and creativity and emotion in this makes me smile
hearing tom say "you remember slay right?" seems like he's drawing on some old inner pain lol.
Eagles win a playoff game because everyone and their mother gets hurt. Where have I seen this before
Team still has alot of promise moving forward. These young guys will hopefully learn and have thier heads on straighter next year!
Tough loss Tom, but the Rams will welcome you in cheering for the Vikings loss tomorrow!
Thank you!!
Between the sheer amount of injuries this game and Jordan Love channeling the worst of Brett Farve, I feel for you Tom.
To be fair, each offseason on the internet has been rough for Packers fans since January 2012.
I still respect your endurance for filming these after disappointing Packers losses.
