Beautiful performance. I love this kalimba configured like a piano keyboard. As a pianist it intrigues me, being able to take a small instrument anywhere. But I would like to see the design go even further towards piano. I would like to see more octaves like at least 3 or even 4. Plus, I would like to see the tines spread out more to fit the hand more like a piano. Maybe not as wide a spread as a piano but wider so chord spacing and scales feel more familiar. This would leave an instrument more the size of a guitar. I'm working on some other keyboard designs right now. If i get them going I might turn my attention to this.
