@@miraclerealtors what is phase 1 or 2 here?? Pls clarify. This is one project only. I think they will apply for OC for unfrozen units first and soon after for frozen units once they get OC for unfrozen. It can take a year for possession. How its possible to give possession for few first on a under construction site. As per Rera they have time until Aug 2025. It is the false and mismarketing that will end this builder in future for sure if they dont learn and keep the same shitty marketing practices like cashback, possession in 2 years, rental for 48 months. The goodwill is gone so the the sales boys from office so is management as there would be no mention of these fraudulent offers in BBA. If its not mentioned in BBA, Dont crib if builder doesn't fulfill the offer as only BBA can be presented in courts....

Sir any update on frozen unit when they will allot them. From last one year they said will give in one month till now no update.

That is possible once they apply for OC, only then tbe frozen units can be legally sold and BBA can be signed thereafter.

I also called this number twice for another project after watching video on this channel around a month back. Tbey never picked up, i think they only post UA-cam videos for knowledge and updates and aren't into real estate.
Finally i booked the unit directly with builder.
