You need to update this 'how to' to match the updated mobile wallet app version for Feb 2023 since the interface is different. Here's the problem with the updated mobile wallet: the 12 word phrase spins off the page in milliseconds before any chance is given to write down the words. The screen is on an automatic rotation. What were you guys thinking?

Is your seed phrase compatible with other wallet makers? For example if you guys were to go out of business (i really hope not!) would you be able to restore the wallet somewhere else?

I using Atomic wallet but have many issues on iOS 15.2. Can I direct input Atomic Wallet 12-key on Exodus wallet? I not want pay transfer fees to Exodus wallet from Atomic wallet.
I find no option to close the wallet securely. It is always accessible as long until I end the app via Android "close app" swipe. That means if I forget to "close" via android swipe and lose my smartphone, everybody can access the open wallet and transfer my funds

Buying crypto through this wallet was a bad idea, a company called Ramp took my money it says transaction failed but when I checked my account it says it went through, beware of this company they'll do little to help you the exodus wallet itself is fine but exodus needs to take care of its customers by using a more trusted company other than Ramp.

Because Exodus is a non-custodial wallet, we do not collect any sensitive information nor connect to bank accounts: fal.cn/3lmiy. When I try to buy some btc it sends me to an online page called ramp network and asks for my Id to I have to put that in to be able to buy some
