The thing is that My elder brother has filed his case in embassy for about 8 months and my GTE was approved today so I’m also going to file my visa in upcoming days. So sir my question is will it effect our cases because we’re using a single Bank statement.

It is, if you want to apply for spouse visa. But if you want to apply for dependent visa then you dont have to be a graduate.
