I took a 11 hour playthrough and edited it down to 5 hours, enjoy! This one took a lot of effort.

Awesome lets play! Havent thought of playing the mod but you make me consider. One tip about Radar and radiation, is that just about any hard cover/vehicle etc is a hotspot for the extreme radiation and this has been true across every form of stalker ive played thus far, my advice is to stay well clear of them, still can be used as visual cover.
Yeah I wasn't sure if Radiophobia was going to follow the rule. But you are correct, Radiophobia is a unforgiving mod but its one of my favorites.

Awesome video man where in the hell did u get a rookie suit early on before the bandit fight at the car park I've been looking everywhere lmfao.
Not too hard to find the leather jacket but that has terrible protection, you can buy it from Sid or you can kill one of those bandits they have the black bandit suit. You'll find way better stuff later in the playthrough - just explore i found a lot of hidden suits, ammo and other stuff like in original SoC.
Wow this game keeps surprising me with how good it is. And even more how much work people have put into this updating it and seemingly rebuilding it from what it started out as.

Yes, very true, but it would have been nice to see the wish options it gives you and of course the video footage of the challenges of traveling to it through the inside of the exploded #4 reactor core for those viewers who have never played the game. I was just wondering why you opted not to show this part of the game. @@KontraktWolf
You can look at those endings in vanilla SoC but as stated in the beginning of the video I was doing a "true canon ending" Playthrough. Which in my opinion for Radiophobia 3 is extremely difficult. Also I love fighting the C-Consciousness its epic.
I'm to the point of traveling to the puppet masters. I'm in the best exoskeleton you can purchase from Sakhvarov in Yantar and have very good artifacts to strengthen resistance to radiation and anomalies yet one good well placed headshot and I'm instantly dead. Radiophobia 3 is an absolute bi$ch and I'm loving every minute of it. Thanks for your video as it helped me out in an area I was having trouble figuring out.
