I think the writer of “Dil na umeed to nahi” should be praised too,with the director and producer, for writing an amazing script that touches many sensitive issues of the society.
Raqeebse on Hum TV is the bestest thing happening to Pakistani drama industry in the longest time.
The quaint, old feel of the content and mise en scène is a euphoric experience for the lovers of Urdu literature and language. I think it seems as it’s a piece of literature from an old classic writer. The best thing is casting especially Nauman Ejaz and Sania Saeed, both legends never disappoint us. After ‘Sange Murmur’ both of them changed themselves especially their body language.

Such a beautiful, extraordinary, thoroughly entertaining, women centric and empowerment, and a great story telling drama. It had all the ingredients to not get bored or feel like being preached but still learn practicality, realism, grow positivity and motivation to get up and develop your own individuality and identity

For Surah Al-Nashra- it’s the two verses “ inna ma’al usri Yusra- Fainna ma’al usri Yusra “ which basically mean that with every difficulty there’s ease.
So yes it’s a reinforcement of the fact that every trial comes to an end and is replaced with ease - so it works for all walks of life- Keep reciting it Amma💕

I really liked both "Raqeeb se" and "Dil na umeed to nahen".
I like your reviews but guess Amma should focus more on the themes than the superficial stuff like characters dressing etc.
Both the dramas seem to have a deep message and interesting story lines.

Not agree with Amma's review .... Regarding their dressing .... This was almost realistic ... The type of parties vary like that in " raqse bismal" and DNTN.....if we see the details that lady asks her ye coat kis ka ha is me se kya milega tumhe or kisi ka name leti ha k uska coat leti ... And in raqse bismal wo parties kuch or type ki ha or waha anna kehti ba k itny peso to me waar k nazar utarti hun .. so there is a difference

Amma g is absolutely righ my mother in law told me about this surah Alam nashrah and its been 5 years i am practicing for traffic jam for parking it always worked one time i was about to miss my bus to other city and i recited it during way to bus stand and literally it was impossible to reach at time but i reached there Allhamdulilah and surah alam nashrah is really good if you have any difficulty while studying as well. So its all faith if you will recite with faith you will get the benefit. And lots of ❤️ to amaa from Canada

Uff ....Raqeeb se was giving me vibes of old PTV dramas, it was too simple without unnecessary noise, story telling was so on point.
As amma described many times in her family men's are dil phaink so she will never like raqeeb se but its a good serial though.
Amma has a firm belief that two wives can never treat each other in a loving way so any drama in which a woman is taking care of a woman who was her husband's love is difficult to understand/relate/appreciate for Amma.

Amma unnecessarily picks on some dramas in my opinion, it is fun when she does dramas like Zebaish and mohabbat tujhe alvida which were completely flawed and OTT, but dramas like Raqeeb say that had no continuity mistakes and are so well directed, do not deserve it.
