It probably did not get a wireless router option when it was initially purchased.
No biggie. Google : Samsung Tv wireless router. Dirt cheap.
See the USB connections on the side/back of TV? Chose one, plug in new adapter, watch for lights/sound/action/something.
That says it’s “searching/working”. If it’s “working” you should go to the 1:00 mark and log into your WiFi.
Wired connection means a long telephone wire run between Tv and router. New construction no problem 😃
Keep receipt no harm no foul.
It’s easier than you think.
It also mirrors your phone for pictures and video.

My TV did not detect any wireless networks. Tried to add by name and that didn’t work. I turned off the TV, unplugged it and plugged it back in and powered on it was re-connected to my network again. Problem solved.
Edit: Just an update, you don’t even need to unplug the TV, just hold the power button 3 seconds for hard reboot! This worked when uplugging did not for me when I changed internet providers.

EastSide Loksta 831 Your welcome! Works every time for me. The TV just doesn’t have a lot of memory so it seems to get overloaded quickly. Thankfully it keeps all the important stuff when you unplug, such as your internet and nexflix login info.
