I know Deontay personally - and with just 2 1/2 years under his belt he did exceptionally! You should be ashamed of yourself saying "you are dissapointed". Let's see YOU get out there and do any better. I'm sure you couldn't have!

jogging is better for all round stamina
but sprinting or interval trainings important for those short bursts of energy in the ring so its a mix of both

A brawler is a fighter that uses strenght and conditioning more than technique to fight. They use wild punches more than technical ones. Something like a street fighter.

It's dumb that olympic boxing is amateur?? How about you tell that to all the USA boxing kids who work towards it for YEARS! This is where the future pro fighters come from not end up. The boxing is very real and best of luck to all USA fighters participating!

  • @greatblueherron

Why the fuck is it that us AMERICANS have to suffer the most embarrasing losses of the Olympics? I could name ALOT of things why we sucked this Olympics, such as the US softball team, the US gymnastics team, Lolo Jones, I could go on all day.

if the rules and scoring arent changed and improved by the next olympic games i will have no respect for olympic boxing. it just doesnt make sense that the pinnacle of boxing competition doesnt allow real talent to get the scoring it deservesnot only team USA got cheated...almost everybody did, other shine in the horrible scoring with horrible fighting (italy's russo)
