At the start of the video it was pretty grown out but yes I have been giving myself highlights this way for a long time! Sometimes I go to my hairdresser when I want a bigger change or like when I was getting married but usually just do it myself :)
Your hair is so thick and beautiful! Wow. I always went to salons but for the last 3yrs I started doing it myself since no one ever seems to give me the platinum I was already looking for. Well, I usually turn to blue powder bleach and 30 or 40 developer and then wellaT18 toner. It always came out great until this last time. I bleached twice and toned twice and my roots are still brassy so I'm excited to try this since it has sooo many positive reviews. 🤞
Girl you keep it real lol “ I’m Balayaging my hair”, some ppl say I’m not but…. “I am”.. that was a hoot 😂 your hair looks great. I’m using that box tonight. Ha ha ha it’s bad already.

Took three boxes with a few weeks in between but finally got the red tones out of my hair. Now I’m thinking I may do the toner (in a couple of weeks) like you did in the follow up video. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Happy to help and glad you got your hair where you want it!! Yes, definitely a toner or purple shampoo and leave the shampoo on for 5 minutes or so every 2nd or 3rd wash. :)
I just followed your steps and didn’t put over my shoulders down former bleached hair , but I did roots and it’s orange brass but I’ll use purple shampoo to get it lighter . The next time I dye can I put this same box over the dye I just did tonite?
@@adisyn_2450 just my roots about three inches it’s not bad ppl say it looks good now haha just wish mine looked like yours lighter. I should’ve put a thicker amt on it let it sit longer
