loved this video! I also wanted to mention just in case you were not aware, I believe in your recording one of your mic's is having a frequency phase issue. If I had to guess I would say its that Lewitt Pencil condenser by the way its aimed between your hats and snare. the hats and snare sound rather dull and muddy in the mix compared to its usual brightness and clarity. Overall a great video and drumming as always, just wanted to make that observation so you are mindful of mic placements. 😉✌

what did the high-hat ever do to you
The drumming was awesome, but something felt way off on the sound mix on this one. Like, that snare sounds dead and the audio on it sounds like its clipping. I couldn't hear the other drums, either, and even the cymbals seemed really muted in the mix. Was it just me?
I’m just bad at mixing and don’t make any money from covers to be able to hire someone to do it for me 😭
@@MiniFairhurstmixing is a bastard of a job xD seriously, big shout to sound engineers, those dudes are unsung heroes.
I don't know if it would be if interest, be I do have a mate who's a professional sound engineer and mixer. He might be interested in helping out. I could put you in contact with him, if that's of any interest?
Either way, definitely wasn't having a go at the drinking skills and it still sounds good. My nieces are addicted to this song right now so I'm waaaay to familiar withit 😅
