  • INGREDIENTS
    2 Eggplants
    1 Potato
    2 Tomatoes
    500Gr Beef Cubes
    1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
    1 Cup Peas
    1 Cup Water
    Salt-Black Pepper-Ground Pepper
    FOR BECAMELS SAUCE;
    1 Tablespoon Butter
    1 Tablespoon Oil
    2 Cups Milk
    2 Tablespoons Flour
    Salt-Black Pepper
    1 Bowl Grated Cheese
    PREPARATION
    1-) Let's cut the eggplants and potatoes into cubes and cook them in hot oil.
    2-) Let's put the cubed meat in the pan. Let's fry for 10 minutes and add 1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste. Let's add 1 Cup Peas, 1 Cup Water and Spices to the pan. Let's cook until the water is absorbed.
    3-) For Béchamel Sauce; Melt the butter in a pan and add the liquid oil. Add 2 tablespoons of flour and fry. Add 2 cups of milk, then add salt and pepper. Cook until it reaches a thick consistency.
    4-) Spread the mixture in the pan into the baking dish and pour the bechamel sauce on top. Add 1 bowl of grated cheese and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
    5-) Place on a serving plate.
    6-) Enjoy your meal.
