Great video but barely audible; you might like to check your mic setup? For my pennyworth my (regular) fork hits really damaged my first (cheap Chinese) stainless catapult - the screw-in band retainer shattered in half. I went back to basics via Gamekeeper John and I modified my pouch grip. My problem all along was speed bump; I now hold the pouch between the tip pad of my first finger and my thumb pad, and I grip the centre of the pouch, right on the ball. Fork hits have gone and accuracy has gone right up and is consistent. It was a bit uncomfortable at first but I'm now used to it.

Great idea but I have found that if you hold the ball pinching your fingers in front not holding the ball it limits the fork hits so much. I learned this from Game Keeper John and it really works. This technique gives a smoother release too.

Yes absolutely agree here. Also saw that from John and also GZK does that. Since then i had no fork hit anymore.

@@waldkauz7895 Me neither and used to get loads of them. Like Sniper sling and GZK bands best.
