I am a level 157 player. Have been playing very carefully, for a long time. But as I got to higher levels, I started TRYING bank shots, you know, to reflect my skills improving. I also began trying trick shots, as I got higher and higher. I can safely say that even though I am level 157 today, I still can't do any trick shots, but I can do bank shots, with a 95% success ratio.
Now, each time I enter a game with a Level 130 or higher player, I signal that I want to play indirect, instead of just a direct game. I like to play like that with higher level players, because I think higher level players should indeed play with more skilled shots instead of STRAIGHT shots all the time, winning the game like an amateur kid player. But I hate to see high level players do this.
There are some high level players who will signal to play indirect, then when they get the chance, they'll play a direct game and win it, then troll me before leaving. *What the heck?!*
*Anyway, I want your opinion on this. Do you think higher level players should play their game with SOME difficulty? Like bank shots, combination shots, trick shots? Please let me know your thoughts on this....*
