I have a similar pot to the one you have but a bit bigger. I cooked red kidney beans the other day I cooked them for 20 minutes but I could of cooked them for 15 minutes. Which I will do next time. Great cooking equipment save lots of time.
I have a pressure regulator as you do. I don't have an instruction manual. I have used other regulators but this one is different. Are you saying the regulator only lets off steam every 20 minutes? I am afraid.

Don't be afraid
It depends on what you are cooking, minutes could differ. It let's off steam as soon as the pressure in the pot has reached its limit.
@@JummyDishes Mam am I the one who Letts of the steam or it let's the steam on it's own?
@sadiyosharaf1318 let it steam of itself.. but if you don’t have much time to let it cool, you can steam it off yourself
