- Did you know you could batch resize images in Photoshop?
Resizing one image is pretty simple in Photoshop. You can just select the resize image option in the menu and type your resolution and the photo will be resized.
But in a lot of situations, you'll want to batch more than one image at a time.
The batch resizes option in Photoshop allows you to do that with hundreds of images with one action.

In order to batch resize images, you have to create an action and go through resizing one image while recording the action. Once you do that, you can repeat that action automatically to resize every image inside of a folder.

Does anyone know a way to also bypass the sRGB profile window that pops up when you open a photo ? Because this ruins my automatisation process as I have to confirm it for every picture that the script opens. Thanks a lot !

Can you explain the possible error messages. I get an error when attempting to run the action. File naming error
hey is there a way to maintain the old metadata, which is the date the image was created originally.
thanksss aşko
How do you add a prefix to the file name when saving?
Hi, can you bulk change the dpi also? Like for example, turn a 3x4 inch 300 dpi image to an 18x24 image with 300 dpi? Or would changing the size reduce the dpi? Thanks!
Ofcourse yes.... Whatever you will do to one photo will be applied to all after automating in batch
God bless you 😭
Thanks ... u helped me greatly with this (and phlearn stinks lol)
I followed this exactly but it still took me through the process of asking each document if I want to save the wimae and close the window
This happened to me as well. How to fix?
I am trying the same thing but trying to do a droplet that I drop my pictures on to to make Web Versions, I use to have it running great on my older computer but on my new computer and photoshop When running the droplet a window keeps coming up saying the command image size is not available??? WTH? My action was simple, Open image, Convert Color then resize to 1900 pixel , save as and close, By the way when closing in Photoshop 2023 the image closes but so do all th windows and there is no way to stop the record button... But why am I getting these errors? Any help or suggestions would be great... Thanks
doesnt work for me WTF. files remain unchanged
Can I bulk resize images onto a white background without manually changing every image? My images of books and magazines are all cropped rectangular which means on a website they are not all the same size because the shorter width makes some of them longer than others. They all need to be on a square background to be the same size but I have 9000 images. Too many to do manually. Anyone got any ideas how to do this in bulk?
It keeps asking me jpeg options when saving
Muahaha I have 6562 images I need to reshape into inverted trapezoids, thank you very much

00:10 "Photoshop made this really easy" yeah right then why are millions of people googling this every day?
Oh come on. You at least have to put in some effort. I suppose you did not have any driving lessons? I bet you did.
This is the most ridiculous tutorial to follow!😂😂
Is it gonna work with crop img to 10x15 ratio?
2:42 What! Fek me! You didn't actually do it! Does the process run automatically once you choose the resize folder????
