I’m 61, was born in the 60s, but fortunately got to experience this music through my parents. They told wonderful stories of growing up in the 40s. Things were much simpler and you worked for everything. Grandparents, Parents and children listened to the same music. I have always felt I should have lived back then. Maybe in another life. 😊

now is a terrible time. we have money, gifts, some communication, but so empty.. many families have broken up, teenagers suffer because of quarrels of parents. every morning I get up and go to school for an hour and a half by metro. stuffy, hard, constant tests, men staring. when did it get hard? I do not know. I just got up one day and realized that next year I’m graduating from school, going to medical school, and a year later I’m moving out from my parents. and there will be no more holidays with grandfather, he died. I won't play with his dog, I won't eat corn sticks with him, he won't give me his SWAT books. I am suffocated by the realization that childhood has passed. and people leave. my mentor (teacher) died last year. like a German teacher. it hurts so much.
