I’m so incredibly proud of you!!! It’s obvious how hard you have been working. The little victories like the one of sitting criss cross apple sauce are awesome!🗣️
Keep up the amazing work!! Thanks for giving such a detailed update to help others especially on some topics that aren’t so easy to discuss and at times are left out. Love the transparency. ❤
@@18doves yes ma’am I was always hungry and it took me a while to understand my “I’m full signals”. Because I was so used to eating a full plate. I started weighing and putting smaller portions on a small plate so that when it was empty I felt better mentally. If you’re hungry then eat. That’s what my nutritionist and doctor told me. We eat so very little and our metabolism speeds up from what it use to be so it’s normal to be hungry. Be gracious to yourself and don’t feel bad for being hungry. Anyone with any size stomach who eats two spoons full of food will be hungry soon! It’s normal. Just make sure you’re eating things that could keep you full longer like protein filled foods and healthy snacks and not indulging too much on junk because that food will keep you hungry. And they call them slider foods meaning they slide right through you and don’t make you full and you can eat a lot of it. Which we want to avoid. And yes I did have cheat moments but I advise against it esp in the beginning Your stomach is still healing and you don’t want to consume anything that will cause your stitches to open then you could potentially develop a leak . Then you will have more complications and problems down the road. It’s best to stick to your doctors plan and sooner or later your eating restrictions will be lifted and you’ll be able to try all types of stuff! In the beginning months stick to the plan as close as possible , because you’re losing rapid weight. So take advantage of that. If you start cheating now you will be working against the rapid weight and possible start gaining a little here and there then when you body gets to the only losing 1-2 pounds every so often it will be harder to lose the weight quickly like before. You got this !! 💕💕💕 & thank you for subscribing 💕💕💕💕
@ you have no idea how helpful this was for me. I just recently heard about leaks which is scary and makes me want to behave. I thought I was crazy with the hunger pains. You definetly make me feel normal now. Your tips were great. I’ll keep you posted on how I’m doing, but I plan to watch some of your older videos to stay motivated. Thanks so much for the help. 🥰🥰🥰
Hi, it is so encouraging. I have pcos. i tried almost everything. i can't lose weight. Could you share your surgeon contact, please? He did a great job
@@Salemsinsanegame you wouldn’t be able to just go to him to get the surgery. It is a long process & has to be deemed medically necessary. & you have to be referred by your doctor
