I also find when you get that list of important things written you actually realize you're not as busy as you think. Then you actually get those things done and you really have a lot more time! Just working on the consistent portion is the trick. Great vid Bedros, thanks.

That's a really good point Anvil... Takes a lot less to be productive than most people think.

I’m just turned 49 and I have a real desire to help people that are obese. I’m a personal trainer on the side of my regular job. I would love to open my own gym but I don’t have much capital to get started. I’m struggling with, where to get started. Thanks for all the great work that you post.

I really appreciate your videos. I wrote all these down and now apply it to my life. Are things changing rapidly, no but there changing and giving me self
Worth. Something I was needing so badly in order to achieve my goals. You take the time to do these videos and remind us as well that you weren't always so goal oriented or at least had this type of knowledge and that it's not too late. Thx for these videos. There my motivation. You and ferruggia are examples of having fitness goals but also living rich in other areas of life. That's how I enjoy life myself

Lists are one of the best ways to be productive. People receive satisfaction from crossing items off of a list once they are accomplished not to mention the time-management and planning benefits that lists provide.

Hey Bedros. I love your videos man - I've gained so much value from all the stuff that you're putting out so firstly I just want to take the time to acknowledge you and thank you. Just a thought on the doing the hardest thing first. From a personal perspective, I have had issues with procrastination in the past and am still dealing with the challenges that it brings on a daily basis. What I find works for me is that, if I have the hardest thing at the top of the list, it tends to make my procrastination worse in that I put off the "task list". So, I tend to do one or two "smaller" things so I get some momentum and increase my confidence in my ability to deal with that task or situation. And once I have momentum, the hard task gets done easily. It works for me and I've been doing this for a few months now. I suppose that it all depends on the individuals and whatever works for you. Take care, Clint

Thank you for the motivation to go after what I want to do. With where we're at with technology today, it can get so easy to be interested in a lot of things. But it's really important to know how to block out all the noise and focus on the one thing that you want to do. That way, you master one thing, in the same way you build up a muscle.

As always Bedros - this video ROCKS. I would add that you should outsource whenever possible. For example, my hourly rate for personal training is £60 per hour for one to one (not a good business model). If I were to do my own book keeping then I would be foolish.you can pay a book keeper £15 an hour to do this. Book keeping is the job I hate most so I get someone else to do it. The other thing is that an expert can probably do a better job than you.

ı am most productive in the mornings buy I am at work. As a teacher the kids benefit most which I am really grateful for but for my business the afternoons and the evening is what is left. Not the best time for me. The ideas solutıon is just fantastic. Just what I need. I have just started to jot them down for future reference as I don't want it lurking at the back of mind.

Thanks again Bedros, I had to give a time off to that idea fary because if I listen to it all the time, and permit other people perseption magic glasses to affect the desicion I take in business or life, then things get very complicated and everything becomes mediocre.

Everything a 16 year old boy has learned:
    1. Carve out your magic time
    2. Make a list of things to do day before (what would i tell someone of what i did that day?)
    3. Order the list (largest task to smallest, and group like terms together. Less pressure, more efficiency)
    4. Learn to say no more often, stick to some rules, ideas, morals, ethics, etc. DRAW A BOUNDARY LINE.

I've been on your newsletter for a few years now, & you consistently have the most valuable, as well as practical, information out of the extensive list of value providers that I'm subscribed to. You are Authentic, Enthusiastic, Respectful, & you are always able to give a necessary challenge, in the least offensive way possible.
If you would be willing, I believe the answer to the following question could help countless coach's to be more productive & maximize connection, especially with information products: If you had to boil down your attitude(s) when speaking to the camera, what would it be?

I like the analogy about the tall kid ,,
Me personally have listened too much to others and my own multiple ideas of which none have come to fruition to date,,..
I am frustrated to say the least and now ?? I am a lot older with less time in front of me,if I hadn't procrastinated as much,,,,,, I reckon I would have been a million air now. lol

Hey Bedros, great content as always. Your magic time concept really spoke to me. I know my magic time is 6-10 am because I get a ton of shit done on Sundays during this time. In fact, I'll get more done during this time then I do the rest of the week combined, haha. The problem is I am a personal trainer and I have clients starting at 5am until 1:30pm M-F, and 6am until 11am on Saturdays. I try to spend my afternoons and evenings being super productive, but I struggle. Any advice? Thank you!

Hello there Bedros...Great job my brother! Am following this videos from Kenya. I have a problem managing my money, I earn 10,000ksh a month, of which I use the whole amount before midmonth! I have no other side hustle... How can I get control of this little amount that I have?

Thanks Bedros. I need help with managing all your information. I only follow you and I trust you because I have just moved my business to a whole new level because of your guidance and your summit in California. I read your information and buy some of your products but I keep been distracted by everything you send me. I never finish reading the material because I jump onto something new all the time and get side tracked from my initial material I needed to complete. What I need is the basics first. I cannot be tempted to keep reading your new info when I have not even started the one. Please can You recommend material which I must stick with and complete to make it work for me then move on to better working ideas. For example. I love the Marketing manifesto, and Fit pro. but I need to still implement some the ideas from the marketing manifesto. Then I look at FBBC fb page and see what they doing and the squeeze pages they producing. I need to learn that. Where are they getting this guidance from... I need that! but I get side tracked because there is so much. Please recommend what I should study and implement first to #1 get more clients into my bootcamp facility #2 produce greater and better reports, audio programs and optins than the ones Fitpro provides (I see the guys are using different reports) #3 how to manage and run a bootcamp facility with 2 trainers and one assistant that offers 5 classes per day and lunch time slots for corporates within our building and kids training program. I am from South Africa. I spoke to Cabel and will be joining your 7 figure mastermind group. Garth
