The gentleman Prof. Moura is using to demonstrate is my bjj instructor, Jory Malone. Prof. Moura makes everything look so easy. He is about 135-140lbs. Prof. Malone is a heavyweight, I would guess around 210lbs.
Prof. Jory was my first professor. He pass away. I was 16 when I was training under him. I had to quit because my dad couldn't afford it. But I came back 12 years later and now 28. Abby his wife is my professor. I am glad to be home again

Professor is how we refer to our bjj teachers. :-)
In portuguese the word professor means teacher.
