The whole early HU situation seemed fucked for everyone and it's awesome seeing you acting really mature and being the bigger man. Compare that to Coming In Hot which had 18m; and compare a solo career to a 6 dude group. Deuce's most recent music had 2.4m with Nightmare after 5+ years of no concerts or promotion. HU can't get 4m with a Papa Roach guest, and they can't get 2m views with mainstream rapper Tech N9ne guest. That's with constant mainstream promotion and touring. Their most recent music video is at 400k. Sure, HU being the opening act for Papa Roach for 10 years gets them more money. Is that really success though?

Hey I don't think you know this you probably do but da kurlzz left the band for years ago but 6 months ago he made his first solo song called The know it alls. Also he goes by magic eyes. You should give it a listen. Pretty good
I really get the feeling that at one point in his career Deuce started to think that he was way bigger of a star than he actually was and after the whole flopped mess of an album (especially compared with continuous commercial success of HU) he had to realize that he's a MySpace has-been, not some kind of a gangsta world renowned rockstar. It had to hurt, I wouldn't be surprised if that was what made him go nuts (or at least it was a final nail in the coffin)
I think it’s much more that after he got continuously fucked over he lost it. He was maintaining a strong fan base and the original invincible was great, but label says “nah bitch” and kept him on a leash.

The only problem I have had with deuce is his break with reality. He seems to think that Hollywood Undead are less successful than he is.
