Based on everything the game throws at us in regards to Naoto's situation in Central Fiction, it more than implies that him and Ragna are actually the same existence but living different lives. Like, Ragna could be Naoto's reincarnation or something like that. If they were simply just Uncle and Nephew, then that begs the question of why Rachel considers Naoto's very existence to be harmful to Ragna's own. She legitimately goes batshit the moment she sees him and tries to wipe him out from the face of the planet all for the sake of keeping Ragna's own existence safe despite Naoto having never met the guy or having any beef with him. It's one thing for someone like Nu to do this (because screw anyone who isn't Ragna) but for Rachel to do same thing? Something's off.
